The short version of our Shop’s Policy is that we’re trying our best and strive to be a reliable source of fidget toys for everyone. If you are not satisfied with the below, please send us a quick note at hello@revotoys.ca. We'll do our best to accommodate.

Shipping & Handling

We’ll ship your item within 2-5 business days after your payment has clear.

After submitting your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email from us. This email will summarize your purchase. When your order is shipped, we’ll send a second confirmation email.

We ship by Canada Post for all packages. 

Our standard Economy Flat Rate Shipping option is untracked. Other tracked and expedite shipping options are priced according to Canada Post’s rate and are very competitive. You can see the expected shipping time and cost at the checkout after filling in your details.

Neither REVO nor Canada Post is responsible for any missing or incorrect information entered on your order.

Sales & Refund

All sales are final once the spinners are shipped.

Please let us know if you've made a mistake during the ordering process and we'll happily assist you. Please double check your order before you purchase. We will not issue refunds, credits or modifications of any kind after the sale. We reserve the right to price changes on the products.

We do offer exchanges for defective products. Please see the Warranty section for more details.

 

Warranty

We pride ourselves in the quality products we offer and provide a lifetime warranty on materials and workmanship on our house brand spinners.

Spinners denoted with "Revo" in their names are covered in this warranty.

If there’s a defect in the manufacturing process or material, we’ll gladly exchange you a brand new spinner provided you send us evidence of such defects. 

Breakages due to modifications, self-upgrades & other types of tempering are not included in the warranty. Regular wear and tears are not covered.

Other products are not covered in the warranty but exceptions can be made on a case by case basis (breakage during delivery, etc...)
