Is something not right with your order?

If you're unhappy with the purchase or ordered the wrong product, and wish to return, please do so, unopened via tracked shipping to the applicable address below within 30 days of receiving your purchase.

If 30 days have gone by since you've received your item(s), unfortunately the team will not be able to do anything about the order once 30 days has passed.

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you and a refund will be processed. Return mail costs are the responsibility of the customer.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please following the following steps:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
